Friday is my last day on the island! It's just starting to hit me, thanks to the buildings getting boarded up, and the office getting packed into boxes all around me. My computer will probably be packed into it's box soon after I write this!
Long term, as usual, I don't have a plan just yet. I'd like to stay local, and I've got a couple job applications floating around. In the meantime, there's the short term. And that consists of this:
A roundabout way of getting to San FranciscoI'll be driving to the west coast with my co-worker & new friend Meg. She'll be starting graduate school in California in January and I... well, I just need something to do. So it works out well.
